Funding Opportunities
- Travel Grant: The Plant Resilience Institute offers travel grants of up to $500 each to support
PRI trainees in presenting their research at conferences worldwide. Eligible applicants
must be current PRI lab members and first authors of a research poster or presentation
at the event they plan to attend. This opportunity is available for all career stages and throughout the year. You
can apply online.
- Seed Grant : PRI invites innovative seed grant proposals for experimental projects contributing to PRI's research aims, offering grants of up to $10,000 each. Proposals must involve collaboration among multiple labs, with one PRI lab included, and must be led by a current PRI trainee (graduate student or postdoctoral researcher). Applications for the current round closed on March 1, 2024. The next round will be announced soon.
